Clients must provide necessary access, brand materials, approvals, and timely communication. Delays caused by lack of client input are not the responsibility of The Radha Agency.

3. Payments

All payments are due as agreed during checkout or per your service agreement. Subscriptions are billed automatically unless canceled in advance. Failure to pay may result in paused or terminated service.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final once work has commenced. Clients may cancel with at least 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Refunds may be granted in cases of duplicate billing or service non-delivery at our discretion. See our full Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by The Radha Agency is owned by the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

We cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes or performance metrics. The Radha Agency is not liable for business losses, loss of profits, or indirect damages from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business.

Due to the customized nature of our work, the following policies are in place to protect both parties.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final once service delivery has begun. We do not offer refunds for completed services, partial work, unused time, or perceived lack of results unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Service paid for but not delivered due to our error
• A technical issue prevented delivery of a digital product

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients on monthly retainers must provide at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle to cancel without being charged. Email us to cancel at any time.

If less than 7 days' notice is given, the upcoming payment may still be processed and services will remain active through the end of that cycle.

4. No Guarantee Clause

While we strive for results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue growth, followers, or engagement levels. These vary depending on market conditions, client input, and platform algorithms.
